Week 10 – Program A & Christmas Event/last comp day 2019
CHRISTMAS EVENT: Santa will make an appearance at 10am.
**U12-16’s 1500m Walks to commence 8am.
Parent Duty Roster allocations: Set Up- U13’s (Please arrive by 7am to help set up the track/field. Please see Brendan & Paul- Grounds & Equipment) Canteen- U10 GIRLS (Please report to the Canteen Manager Shanae at 8.30am) BBQ- U10 BOYS (Please report to the Canteen Manager Shanae at 8.30am) Pack Up- U14-16’s (Please report to Brendan & Paul (Grounds & Equipment) who will direct you to what needs to be packed up). Starters: Walks & 400m- Mark Sullivan 50m, 70m & 100- Bec Parker
Parent duties are essential to the running of the day, so please help out in your allocated areas. It also helps you accrue your Parent Points for the end of season award/trophy eligibility.
It’s the last meet for the year- back on 18th Jan 2020 (unless you’re doing Meteorite Gift).
It is essential that you have correct uniform and tags on at each competition day for results to be recorded. If you have forgotten your tags, please see the registrar for assistance.
