Week 9 – Program C

NOTE U9 Girls have High Jump event at 8am. Parent Duty Roster allocations:
Set Up- U11’s
(Please arrive by 7am to help set up the track/field. Please see Brendan & Paul- Grounds & Equipment)
Canteen- U6 GIRLS
(Please report to the Canteen Manager Shanae at 8.30am)
BBQ- U6 BOYS
(Please report to the Canteen Manager Shanae at 8.30am)
Pack Up- U8’s
(Please report to Brendan & Paul (Grounds & Equipment) who will direct you to what needs to be packed up).
Starters:
50m, 100m, 300m & 400m- Chloe Brannan
Hurdles & 1500m-Meagan Borg

Parent duties are essential to the running of the day, so please help out in your allocated areas. It also helps you accrue your Parent Points for the end of season award/trophy eligibility.

As always, correct uniform for competing athletes with your chest patch and Coles logo badge is required each week.

Also, our Christmas Raffle ticket booklets went out last week, but we have plenty more if you need more or didn’t receive one last week. Please see Nina or Holger for the booklets. All paid for raffle tickets can be delivered to Megan Crowley or Caz Frenken in club rooms. Thank you to those who’ve already paid and returned tickets.
