Spike 6m or less,
Sun Screen,
Extra warm dry cloths,
A water bottle,
Spare runers to wear other than your spikes (do’not walk around in spikes all day you will ruin your feet),
Spike spanner and spare metal spikes,
A hat,
Bring plenty of good happiness and sportsmanship.
