Week 19- Program C
Parent Duty Roster allocations: Set Up- U14, 15 & 16’s (Please arrive by 7am to help set up the track/field. Please see Brendan- Grounds & Equipment) Canteen- U12 GIRLS (Please report to the Canteen Manager Kim at 8.30am) BBQ- U12 BOYS (Please report to the Canteen Manager Kim at 8.30am) Pack Up- U9’s (Please report to Brendan (Grounds & Equipment) who will direct you to what needs to be packed up). Starters: Hurdles- Andrew Cormack 70m/100m- Meagan Borg Walks & 1500m – Mark Jouvelet
Parent duties are essential to the running of the day, so please help out in your allocated areas. It also helps you accrue your Parent Points for the end of season award/trophy eligibility.
Sat 9th March is the final day for Championship/PB Day registrations- if you are having issues with logins, please come up to the clubrooms to see Nina PRIOR to 10.30am. We will have the computers set up to assist you with registrations if needed.
Parent Points- we are coming up to the last couple of weeks to accumulate parent points (your family needs 30 points by end of season for your athletes to be eligible;e for awards at Presentation Day). Please come to see Nina for extra duties this Saturday to help boost your points (with the lead up to the State Track & Field event the following week, we need to clear out the clubrooms of all our boxes etc to make space for LAVic’s equipment- we need some helpers to do this please).
