Week 14- Program A (Twilight)
Parent Duty Roster allocations: Set Up- U12’s (Please arrive by 4.30pm to help set up the track/field. Please see Brendan- Grounds & Equipment) Canteen- U8 GIRLS (Please report to the Canteen Manager Kim at 6pm) BBQ- U8 BOYS (Please report to the Canteen Manager Kim at 6pm) Pack Up- U13’s (Please report to Brendan (Grounds & Equipment) who will direct you to what needs to be packed up). Starters- Hurdles- Bec P 50m/70m- Mark J (along with Starter Course attendees) 800m- Bec P 200m- Mark J (along with Starter Course attendees).
Parent duties are essential to the running of the day, so please help out in your allocated areas. It also helps you accrue your Parent Points for the end of season award/trophy eligibility.
Please ensure full uniform with chest patch is worn.
