Set Up- U13’s
(Please arrive by 5.30pm to help set up the track/field. Please see Brendan- Grounds & Equipment)
Canteen- U8 GIRLS
(Please report to the Canteen Manager Luise/Kim at 6pm)
BBQ- U8 BOYS
(Please report to the Canteen Manager Luise/Kim at 6pm)
Pack Up- U12’s
(Please report to Brendan (Grounds & Equipment) who will direct you to what needs to be packed up).

Hurdles & 50m/70m- Mark S
800m & 200m- Mark J
Parent duties are essential to the running of the day, so please help out in your allocated areas. It also helps you accrue your Parent Points for the end of season award/trophy eligibility.
Friday twilight is the last day to be able to drop off your donations of non-perishable food items for the Chris food hamper. There’ll be a box in the clubrooms for these items- thank you in advance for the donations.
