Week 14- Program B/ Relay-a-thon
Please remember that if you are doing Walk events, to be at the track for an 8am start. Otherwise, warm ups at 8.15am, 8.30am events start.
RELAY-A-THON: Relay-a-thon is a compulsory round endorsed by LAVic where all centres rally athletes, parents and committee members to carry a relay baton around the track for a 3 hour period. The inside lane will be used as the “relay-a-thon” lane, and we encourage you all to come out on the track to participate. You can also donate money toward the cause- for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal. If you can help out with the tally of the laps (no experience necessary, and a handover will be given), we would appreciate the added assistance.

HOUSE KEEPING:
Parent rostered on for Canteen and BBQ duties- please ensure you turn up to the canteen for duty. We rely on the income of the BBQ and Canteen sales for the club, and if parents are not turning up, we will have to close the canteen and suspend events on field for this age group to ensure that all parents are adhering to the roster. Any issues, please see Michelle Baxter Hanna.
