Parent Roster Duties as follows:
Set Up: U10’s (please arrive by 5pm to help set up the track/field. See Robert B or Brendan Crowley, Grounds & Equipment team)
Canteen: U7’s (please report to Luise/Steve at the Canteen at 5.45pm for your assistance in Canteen)
BBQ: U9’s (please report to Luise/Steve at the Canteen at 5.45pm for your assistance with the BBQ)
Pack Up: U6’s (please see Robert B or Brendan Crowley, Grounds & Equipment team for direction on pack up)
Starters Roster:
Hurdles- Mark Jouvelet
Walks/1500’s- Mark Sullivan
100m & 70m- Connie Meier
Parent duties are essential to the running of the day, so please help out where you can. It also helps accrue your Parent Points for the end of season award/trophy eligibility.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Soup (with bread) will be on offer, as will hamburgers for dinner at the canteen. Canteen & BBQ rostered parent helpers- please ensure that during the whole meet, that you pop into the canteen/bbq area and ask if you can lend a hand. You will not be turned away, we welcome your help and it also gives the Canteen Managers a moment to see their own kids run, jump or throw. More hands make light work 😀 Remember, no Coles patch, no events- we have some in the clubrooms for you to sew on prior to events starting. If you can spare some time over this weekend (Saturday, Sunday or both) for a couple of hours to help in the Canteen or BBQ for our Multi Event, please comment below. Thank you to those who have already, but we desperately need more volunteers to help run this weekend.
