Parent Roster Duties as follows:
Set Up: U11’s (please arrive by 5pm to help set up the track/field. See Robert B or Brendan C, Grounds & Equipment team)
Canteen: U8’s (please report to Luise/Steve at the Canteen at 5.45pm for your assistance in Canteen)
BBQ: U10’s (please report to Luise/Steve at the Canteen at 5.45pm for your assistance with the BBQ)
Pack Up: U9’s (please see Robert B or Brendan C, Grounds & Equipment team for direction on pack up)
Starters Roster:
200m & 300m hurdles- Scott
50m & 70m- Mark S
200m- Roger
800m- Connie Meier
Parent duties are essential to the running of the day, so please help out where you can. It also helps accrue your Parent Points for the end of season award/trophy eligibility.
HOUSEKEEPING:
LAST CALL ON CHRISTMAS RAFFLE TICKETS THIS FRIDAY NIGHT. We will be drawing the raffle at 7pm, so please hand in your tickets (sold or unsold) to the club rooms before 6.45pm to ensure you are in it to win it. If you didn’t receive a booklet of tickets, you can still purchase some on the night- but again, be quick as raffle will be drawn 7pm. EFTPOS available for ticket purchases.
Winners will need to take home their prizes on the night.

www.cranbournelac.com.auMake sure athletes hydrate well during the day and at the meet- predictions of warm weather for Friday. Soup (with bread) will be on offer, as will hamburgers for dinner at the canteen.
Remember, no Coles patch, no events- we have some in the clubrooms for you to sew on prior to events starting.
Canteen & BBQ rostered parent helpers- please ensure that during the whole meet, that you pop into the canteen/bbq area and ask if you can lend a hand. You will not be turned away, we welcome your help and it also gives the Canteen Managers a moment to see their own kids run, jump or throw. More hands make light work 😀
This is our last meet before the end of 2017!!! Thank you all for a great first half of the season. We will be having a special visitor come to the club to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas 🎄 but he can’t stay long- all those elves to check on and toys to make/wrap….
Back on the track for Meteorite Gift on Jan 13th (a special event separate from our meets) and back on track for the rest of the season Jan 20th.
