HOUSEKEEPING:
Please note that we will run the long distance events towards the end of the meet rather than the start as it allows for athletes to recover properly between the events, thus reducing injuries significantly & higher chances of obtaining PB’s. We appreciate your patience during the program.
Remember, no Coles patch, no events- we have some in the clubrooms for you to sew on prior to events starting.
We will be handing out/selling our Christmas raffle tickets this week- each family is strongly encouraged to take home the raffle tickets, sell to family & friends (or buy it all for yourself!). More details can be found in the news section of Team App, Facebook and/or Instagram. T&C’s are available for viewing on our website-

Parent Roster Duties as follows:
Set Up: U12’s (please arrive by 7am to help set up the track/field. See Robert B or Brendan C, Grounds & Equipment team)
Canteen: U9’s (please report to Luise/Steve at the Canteen at 8.30am for your assistance in Canteen)
BBQ: U12’s (please report to Luise/Steve at the Canteen at 8.30am for your assistance with the BBQ)
Pack Up: U8’s (please see Robert B or Brendan C, Grounds & Equipment team for direction on pack up)

70m/100m- Bec P
Parent duties are essential to the running of the day, so please help out where you can. It also helps accrue your Parent Points for the end of season award/trophy eligibility.
