Parent Roster Duties as follows:
Set Up: U6’s
Canteen: U11’s
BBQ: U13-15’s
Pack Up: U12’s
Starter’s- Hurdles: Mark S
50’s & 70’s: Scott (with Lochlan & Tristan if available)
200’s Becky & Connie
800’s Mark S

Parent duties are essential to the running of the day, so please help out where you can. It also helps accrue your Parent Points for the end of season award/trophy eligibility.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Last day for the sewing of Coles patches and collection for Jack Ottens’ Go Fund Me Page in clubrooms (from 6.30-7.30pm only). Jetstar patches need to be removed and in it’s place must go the Coles patch BY FRIDAY THIS WEEK. If athletes do not have the Coles patch on, athletes WILL NOT be able to compete in events. All Relay Team members, please ensure you have this patch sewn on prior to competition on Saturday.

CANTEEN: Soup and burgers will be available again this twilight from the canteen (we sold out of the soup fairly quickly, so be in quick to grab a cup of soup with a bread roll!)

UNIFORM: Please ensure that all athletes are in full uniform, warning notices will be issued again this week for non-compliance.

FIELD EVENTS: Only two jumps and two throws per event for each athlete to try to speed up the process this twilight meet only (all other twilights are normal three jumps/throws).
