Our old rivals Casey- now called Berwick LAC- have invited us to their track for a friendly inter-club meet. Program of events attached.

Parent duties still apply- we will need a Age Group Leader for each age group for the day to register at 8.15am during warm ups, so that events can start on time at 8.30am.

Important Info:
· Shot Put / Discus – For speed of events Kids will throw all 3 attempts at once and only furthest throw gets measured
· Long Jump – The U6-U8 use a 1.0mtr Mat with Sand on it, the U9-10 use a 0.5mtr Mat with Sand on it and U11 and above use the Line
· Track Events – Kids receive a computer printed result ticket at the end of track events
· U6-U8 all Hurdle Events and Sprints up to 100m are run on the Grass Track
· Everyone goes to an event at the start of day
· Age groups get sent off at 8.30am so if people are late they risk missing their first event.

Michelle will have her sewing machine at Berwick for analyst minute Coles patches to be sewn on (bring a top to wear over your athlete during sewing time).
