This weeks meet will be through the bushland at Lysterfield Lake. True XC terrain through this course.

It will be a frosty morning, following by a sunny day. No better way to start the weekend and school holidays, than a run in the park.
Enter via Horswood road and park on the right hand side once you enter the park and meet at Logan park rd.
